Aptly named, as this drink will definitely put you down for the night. The Night Nurse is a harrowing amount of rum, with a spoonful of sugar to help the medicine go down.
NIGHT NURSE!
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2oz Dark Rum (We used Goslings)
1 1/2oz Spiced Rum (Recipe calls for Sailor Jerry, we used Kraken)
1 bar spoon of Grenadine
1 bar spoon of Absinthe
1 bar spoon of Falernum
2 dashes of orange bitters
DIRECTIONS
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir exactly 40 times.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Optional: Pull 10cc's of Night Nurse with your handy household syringe and take a taster squirt.
