INGREDIENTS

2oz Buffalo Trace Bourbon
3/4oz Demerara Simple Syrup
3/4oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 egg white (about an ounce)
1 dash Angostura Bitters
1 Brandied Cherry for garnish

DIRECTIONS

Pour all ingredients except the bitter and the cherry into a mixing glass and dry shake to create a lovely foam.
Add ice and cold shake until chilled.
Strain into a highball glass with a single king cube.
Add a dash of bitters and garnish with a cherry.
